Industry: Food & Beverage Industry (Institutional food tech).

NoteThe preferred candidates would be from F&B / Hospitality/Corporate food tech/ with great product management experience.

Job Responsibilities

The role requires an individual to be highly involved in the day to day operations and be able to track and follow up on service levels. 

  • Vendor relationship Management.
  • Vendor training & hand holding.
  • Tracking & managing on ground operations of site in the given area.
  • Regular tracking of MIS data & reporting.
  • Resolving on ground situations & conflicts.
  • Cash & cheque management.
  • Successful management of systems & processes.

  The key deliverables in these areas are:

  • Cash management & reconciliation on a daily basis.
  • Managing and minimizing process and system deviations
  • Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Engaging vendors & maximizing their business involvement
  • Relationship management

 Desired profile:- 

  • Graduates with work experience ranging from 5 yrs-10 yrs as Operation Manager
  • Understanding of the Food industry will be a plus.
  • Basic MS Office Skills including excel.
  • Regional language proficiency is a plus.
