Location: Chennai (IT MNC Companies/Tech Park)
Qualification: BHM/Diploma Hospitality / FnB background
Experience: 0-2 yrs
Salary: no bar for the right candidate
Industry: Food & Beverage Industry (Institutional food tech).
Note: The preferred candidates would be from F&B / Hospitality/Corporate food tech/ with great product management experience.
Job Responsibilities
The role requires an individual to be highly involved in the day to day operations and be able to track and follow up on service levels.
- To ensure that the cafeteria operates seamlessly.
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
- Meal planning, ordering food and supplies, maintaining records to assist the Manager
- To prepare logs to ensure compliance with health and food service regulations
- Dealing with customer complaints and supervise business priorities
- Overall supervision of Catering house of Corporate Clients.

- Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
- F&B experience will be an added advantage
Desired profile:-
- BHM/Diploma Hospitality/FnB background.
- Understanding of the Food industry will be a plus.
- Basic MS Office Skills including excel.
- Regional language proficiency is a plus.
